Jocelyn Clarin Richards is a native San Diegan who
moved to San Francisco in 1996. Jocelyn's "a-ha!"
moment came in 2004, when she made the connection
between her two passions: skin care and animal rights.
Though seemingly unrelated, she came to the realization
that with time, even if her clients weren't actively
engaged in animal rights, they could help animals
by default through their introduction to cruelty-free,
animal-free products, all while they were taking better
of their skin. In the end, it could be a win-win situation
for all. Because really, who can say "no"
to nourished, healthy skin while having a positive
effect on animals and the environment we all share?
Jocelyn received her Bachelor of Arts in German and a minor in Holistic Health from San Francisco State University in 1999. She completed the Esthetics program at Zenzi's Cosmetology Training Center in 2007.
In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing at home with her husband and their two kitties, Oliver and Lorelei.
